Think before you buy the SAMSUNG 9KG FRONT LOADER WASHING

I bought a SAMSUNG 9KG FRONT LOADER WASHING in March 2024. After using the machine for the first time, I could hear the spin in the machine was really loud as if the machine was about to break. I escalated to Makro who then escalated to Samsung. Samsung asked me to send pics of the machine and record the noise which I did. Eventually, a young technician was sent to my home. He heard the increasingly loud spin and told me this was normal. I can hear the noise outside in my courtyard a few meters away, it's that loud! Did I pay R7000 for a machine that does not have a silent spin? It took almost 2 months for the query to be looked into only to be told the loud sound is not normal. This is substandard quality for a Samsung Brand. I have never had a machine that was so noisy on a spin unless it was about to break. I still hear the loud noise as I sit here and guess what? I got told in not-so-direct words to live with it...
