I have a Samsung TV 46 inch LED, which is still under warranty. I noticed colourful lines on te TV, I took it in for repairs at Makro, they in return sent it to a rvice centre, who checked the TV and confirmed there was not physical damage done by the customer, which I knew already.Samsung then requested another technician to look the pictures of the damage and on this they decided that I am responsible for the repairs. To date no one has given me a call. I called various times and Slyvester refused to take my calls and. Explain what the pproblem was and why they feel that they not responsible for the repairs as they very own service centre confirmed with them and myself that the TV has a factory fault and not the customers fault. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service from Samsung. They show no empathy and don't take responsibility for your faults. They didn't care about honouring the warranty and just refused to fix the TV, it is with the service centre since beginning May. Even the service centre has told them it is no fault of the customer but they refuse to listen. I regret buying Samsung products, merely because they don't want to listen to the customer.
