They cant take my fone to repair

I went to repair my Samsung at your branch ourside canal walk.<br> The guy at the desk didn't even take my phone, he just said they not taking in my phone as they are closing at the end of the month. I couldn't understand as this is a few hours job. Normally you just book it in and collect it a few hours later. I drove 25km just to be turned away. Worst service ever.
