There is no service at samsung repairs

Charger stopped working after 5 months went into the repair center in boksburg and they don't have stock of the charger and say they need to book the phone in with the charger, this is a load of ****. The phone stopped working at 2 months old, now the charger. And why do you need my phone unless you *****ed up the repair on the phone In the first place.
