There is no Samsung Sevice
I have phoned the number on the Samsung website. It doesn't exist. I have phoned the Cape Town Smart Care Centre in Canal Walk. All I get is a message telling me about their operating hours, which start at 9am during week days, even though I phoned numerous times after 9:30am. Then I tried their Live Chat service - guess what? No operators! This is a joke. I just want to find out where I can acquire a heating element for my tumble dryer. I have always bought Samsung products, but if this is what they call service, well not anymore. And I'll be sure to spread the word about it too.
