There has been a quote provided for this as it is an out of warranty repair. Once this has been accepted the repair centre will be able to restore the phone back to factory condition for you.

Yesterday I finally collected my phone. All I can say is that I'm very disappointed with Samsung. When I first took my phone for repairs the phone was working perfectly fine even though it had a cracked screen and a minor crack on the camera which did not affect the picture quality at all. On collection of the phone, the first thing that was surprising was getting it without a battery, however that was not much of a problem because the lady replaced it with another battery.
I know you did give a hope that my phone was gonna be fixed and I don't know where that ended and I made piece with it but what is more frustrating right now is the fact that my phone is now a ghost that doesn't take pictures with earphone port that extreme loose that doesn't take nor hold the earphone.(Your guys made sure that I'm never gonna use the phone ever again.
I don't have the strength nor the power to even try fighting this, but all I can say is that this company will not get that far if this is how people's products and complaints are treated.
