The most disappointing service ever

My cell phone has been booked in for repairs on the 3rd October and still has not been returned. Samsung at Mall of The South has sent it to a repair centre which has subsequently closed down , with absolutely no feedback to the customers. The phone has been sent to another repair centre, unfortunately no one can locate the phone. No one knows where the phone is. I do not receive feedback and has contacted so many people in the VOC department, to no avail.
