The mirror microwave does not work don’t waste your money

I bought a Samsung microwave at Game Rosebank. In 2020, in 2022 December towards Christmas it stopped working but I took to Game Kolonnade in 2023 because we went home. They told me that the roaches ate cables inside, and they told someone the same thing. Surprisingly I don’t have roaches at home and the microwave from Shoprite is still working perfectly fine, why didn’t those roaches eat the Essential microwave?. I was told to pay R500 to get the microwave back and it came back with missing *****s everything that I included didn’t come back. I want my *****s.
