The joke that is Samsung

5 days ago, I posted a complaint about the peeling paint inside of my Samsung microwave. Samsung contacted me, was rude, accused us of improperly using the appliance and refused to acknowledge any possibility that this microwave is, in fact, the product of a manufacturing default. I posted a further complaint on their Facebook page A further update: By Samsung's OWN admittance, their microwaves are not for 'heating food or liquid' (please, I ask what the use is then, if not, as I stated previously, decorative?) as heating of food or liquid releases 'vapours' which causes the paint to peel. (Not sure how the 'vapours' can be avoided when heating as this is a natural occurrence, is it not? Oh wait, Samsung microwaves are NOT for heating) Thus, my parents have 'improperly used' this appliance by heating food and liquid in it. Yesterday, the chemical used to clean it, namely Sunlight Liquid for dishes, was too harsh, today it has been cleaned incorrectly. Now it is MY responsibility, after supporting Samsung by purchasing their decorative microwave, to find an assessment centre for further denial of this shoddy workmanship? Samsung, you have a lot to learn. So again, Samsung refuses to take responsibility for the ******* they produce and sell. The facts stated herein cannot be denied. Samsung, you are a joke. Time to take this even further, seeing as Samsung SA cannot acknowledge that this microwave should NOT have deteriorated to this extent and thus, the quality of your product is UNACCEPTABLE.
