The definition of customer service

To be honest I do not agree with Samsung's overall warrantee/ guarantee policy and honestly, next time will ask in advance before any purchase.

Now the bad news aside and the reason for the review is for the impeccable employees they have at their Call Centre, one in particular Itumeleng.

The personification of patience, professionalism and humanity showed with this woman. I will call in ****ed and she will find a way to drive me back to the real issue and spent the most amount of time to resolve the problem I initially called for, "if you do not laugh, you will cry".

Itumeleng, thank you so much for your assistance and I appreciate what you have done for me, you truly are the definition of customer service.
