THE BUY AND GET IS A SPAM

We bought 2 products in December to qualify for the Flight/Accommodation, Buy and Get wanted us to submit all documents by December 30 which we did. On the 8th of Jan when i called Buy and Get they advised in should be there in 2 weeks , the lady accursed me that everything was received and we should get the pin soon. A week later we get an sms to resend the documents as Buy and Get lost our documents , so we send it , 2 Days later the sms came again , i called Buy and Get the guy says dont worry about the sms ur pin will be sent soon. I asked him to put me thru a manager there was no manager so he cut the call on me, I called again and the guy advised the pin will be sent by 26th Jan. I spoke to Greg yday ( 27th ) he promised a booking form will be sent and his got everything un control , guess what buddy you dont. I believe Samsung ******* everyone because by the time we will get our stuff it will already be expired thats how u make money i guess. Samsung you pathetic. Now watch and see how fast they respond , its going to be fun
