The best service ever
I have had to repair my Samsung Galaxy S4 - First time it fell out of my pocket into the bath whilst bathing grandson. Another time screen smashed. The third time I needed assistance with my new Samsung. Every time I've had the best service ever from when I entered the door, to the person dealing with me, to being offered coffee. I wish all stores would take a leaf out of this branch's book. Well done, you rock Samsung 14th Street.
