Samsung South Africa contacted me a few minutes after publishing my review.
They constantly kept in touch with me. Eventually it was established that the microwave that I had written a review on, was not in fact with Samsung, but some third-party working with Pick 'n Pay.
So I would like to convey my sincere thanks to Samsung for an absolutely commendable customer care.
