terrible, will never buy a samsung again

I had a Samsung S4 then got a Samsung s6 edge. I did the whole import from the one to the other, used their dropbox and cloud and saved all the info... contacts, photos etc. My S6 was ****** and I was forced to move back to my S4. when trieng to retrieve the info from the cloud... it conveniently just tells me that no account exists. this is obviously not true and I have lost everything. I called the call centre for assistance and was helped by a person by the name of Laureen, hahaha, her service was as shocking as the apps you provide. all I got after explaining the scenario was \what do you want me to do
