TERRIBLE WASHING MACHINE WD70TA046BX!!!! KEEPS FLOODING X 3 TIMES

This machine has been reported Three times, and has had a warranty repair three times, September 2022, February 2023, and today we ha to re-report this machine, as the door starts leaking from the bottom and then bursts open.

I have accepted the fact that the first time may have been a fault, but now on time two and three, and now occurring in March again ( Today) i am now tired of having this machine break down! I need a resolution on this, as this is the worst machine we have ever bought, and we are now starting to experience damage to wood and flooring within the house from all the water!

Previous service agents have blamed that there is a bad design on the water measure, or on us that we overfill, however this is not the case is I monitor the use of this machine.

I need a decent explanation of what is going on, and i need this problem to stop. U still have a top loader form LG which i have had for 13 years, and this is still going strong, why does my first Samsung purchase end in disaster, and floods my house.

I am very irate on this current issue, and would appreciate an answer as soon as humanly possible to this problem.
