Terrible warranty policy!
I would give 0 stars if possible.
My Note 20's screen went dead 3 weeks ago. Samsung Have refused to repair under warranty as the phone is "Damaged". there are a scratches on the bezel, from the Samsung smart cover. If there product has put my phone out of warranty, then surely samsung are still liable!!
The other point made by them is that there are skrews missing from inside my phone, That is a manufacturing defect and surely cant void my warranty as I have not received what i paid for in the first place!!!!!
Upon doing some research, I have found one person Living about 5km away from me with the exact same issue in the same time period (+- 3 weeks ago), having the same excuses from samsung. I have also googled the issue and it seems like a common problem with the note 20, as there are well over 1000 post/videos on the issue. Yet Samsung is wiping there hands of the issue and wanting to charge me R7500 for a repair which should be covered

What kind of an actual ****ing excuse is that!!!
Please google the amount of people worldwide with a Black screen issue, the phone works 100% yet the screen goes blank while busy doing something mundane on the phone. You can restart the phone as many times as possible and it stays black. You can run the DEX cable onto a Tv or PC and see that the phone is perfect. The touch part even works 100%.
I will take a proper response from someone, not just a lackie sending off copy and pasted responses from your legal dept.
