Terrible, terrible service

Hi there

My phone was booked in today, under SMC repair plan. There are scratches on the front, and a dent in the corner, with one scratch covering the front facing camera. Job number ********** 559

The T&C for SMC states

"- The Plan does not apply to cosmetic damage to the Plan Device, including but not limited to scratches and dents, that does not otherwise prevent the functionality of the Plan Device."

The scratch over the camera prevents the functionality of the front facing camera on the device, and therefore is covered by this plan.

I spent over an hour on the phone being passed back and forth between servicing departments today, and I have had an absolutely terrible experience.

I have had 8 Samsung phones, and have brought my whole family over to the Samsung side. I am seriously starting to reconsider.
