TERRIBLE SERVICES FOR SAMSUNG 1ST TIMER
After always being an iPhone customer I did the conversion last year October to Samsung. The product is great but the client service has been terrible to say the least! After numerous calls and emails and un kept promises, it has resulted me to take even more time out of my hectic schedule to complain, hoping that it will result my query quicker!
