Terrible service samsung store menlyn store

So I took my phone to samsung store for repairs at their menlyn store on the 19th of feb. They gave me the turn around time of two weeks as they had order some parts. That I understood. Two weeks passed and I haven't received any communication from samsung. I called the store to follow up every Monday, they kept telling me the phone is not back from head office. Its now week six and I was tired of speaking to consultants that didnt give me any joy, I requested to speak to the manager of the store to escalate the matter. They gave me a cell number that belong to Ralph who didn't care about what I had to say. Later on I got a call from a rude white late named Chantal who just called to tell me that my issue with my phone was never escalated. I mean I called in every week, is that not an escalation enough? The lady kept on telling me that she was busy with customers and cannot listen to what I had to say then hanged up the phone on my ear. That to me mean im not a customer enough for samsung to take me seriously? I called Chantal again and she still told me that she cannot talk as shes busy with customers. Now samsung all I want is my phone back that I had to survive 6 weeks without and im not getting any joy from one of your branch in menlyn. Clearly Im not good enough to be a customer as your stuff is able to tell me that theythe are busy with customers while im not given the service. The service is really terrible I must say.
