terrible service from sansung/mm all electronic

i have a samsung dishwasher, not even 1 year old, door not closing, waiting 1 month for a part, its under warranty...<br> i asked for someone in top management to call me but nothing...<br> i get two different stories from samsung and the service provider (mm all electronics),one is waiting for the other to get the part...<br> i dont know what to do...<br> im going to consumer protection to seek help...<br> i need to know when is my dishwasher going to get sorted out...
