Terrible service and terrible washing machine.

I would give Samsung no stars if it was possible. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung's for years so much so that i bought a front loader washing machine. This machine started staining my clothing and I logged a complaint with Samsung in Feb 2022. A technician came out and advised how to eco drum clean the machine, which we did. A few weeks later, clothes were stained again. I logged another complaint and I got told to do the eco drum clean another way. I did it. I was told it would last 6 months. It started staining my clothes again. I did the eco drum clean again and literally the next wash, the clothes were stained. No one seems to want to assist at Samsung, they just want to keep sending technicians to tell us the same thing. The best, they send me an SMS to say someone will come out on the 1st, I phoned on the 1st to follow up and I get told that I need to submit my proof of purchase first, this has been done twice already. I am so sick and tired of the poor service being received. Either my machine must be picked up and repaired, or it must be swopped out for a new machine as clearly this one is faulty or they need to refund me.
