Terrible service

I took my tablet in for repairs more than twenty days ago, got an sms saying its been fixed, just admin left.but everytime I try to call their office to find out when I should collect.the phone just rings and know one picks up!I have been calling the two lines for 3days now, I don't know what game their playing there, they are full of **** really I want my tablet now before I lose it.
