Terrible service

<p>I have been trying for a week now to get a thermostat for my Samsung fridge but they are adamant that I have to use their technician to put it in.</p> <p>I know what's wrong and they just not helping me.</p> <p>I refuse to spend more money at this stage.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic servive</p>
