Terrible product

<p>My cousin bought a samsung j500 cell phone from edgars not even 3 months and the phone was in the pocket when he dashes into a table and the screen cracked now it 6 months and the phone is not in use gorrila corning glass type 3 its very dispointing to pay R3000 for a phone with specs that doesn't even help samsung is really letting us down cause i myself is using the j700 and convinced him its a good mobile what next its going to explode like the note 7 why advertise specs that doesnt work from my experience i should of told him go with apple or Huawei its very sad lost all hope with samsung </p>
