Terrible Experience with Galaxy S6 Warranty Claim
My 3 month old Samsung S6 stopped charging and was returned to the Stoneridge MTN store on the 5th December to be sent back to Samsung for Warranty claim.

I was told it would take 7 work days, after numerous follow ups i eventually got MTN to track the status on my phone on the 6th January and was told the delay was due to an internal investigation because someone attempted to ***** the phone while it was being held for assessment.

This was ludicrous enough!

The store manager at Stoneridge eventually got authorization for a new phone although they would only give me the phone and not the wireless charger that was supp**** to me originally

I had received a wireless charger as part of the package when i received the phone and had to return the whole package for warranty assessment. I am literally speechless that i am not receiving the same items i returned back. especially since the wireless charger is very expensive and useful and was largely what convinced me to purchase the phone in the first place.

I am not only flabbergasted by this but extremely upset, as far as i am concerned that charger belonged to me and either the original or new one should be returned back to me!!
