Terrible customer service ADH and Samsung

<p>Sent my S6 edge for my free screen repair in Jan 16.</p> <p>Received phone back. The night clock is now faulty and doesn't switch off in die background which drains my battery quicker.</p> <p>Phone went back to ADH, after two weeks received phone back, fixed according to ADH. But problem still exist. </p> <p>Phone went back to ADH. After about two weeks, got phone back, but problem still there. </p> <p>The whole time I was in telephone and email contact with ADH. Was then told to first wipe the partition on the phone, that didn't work, then I was told to flash the phone, which basically mean download and reload software. That didn't did error either.</p> <p>ADH told me it was n known problem and my phone needs to be replaced, but first they need the device back. The device will be replaced for a-like-for-like phone.</p> <p>More than 6 weeks later, and still no new phone. I compliant to ADH, no joy, I complaint to Samsung, no joy. After about a week Samsung phoned me telling ne that they don't gave by phone and they do not know when they will have my phone. </p> <p>I requested to be refunded for the retail value for the phone, since I'm paying extra on my contract to have this phone. I was told they will refund the store where I bought the phone. How is that solving my problem. </p> <p>I asked to speak to supervisor was told he is off sick, ask to speak to his manger, was told that there is no such person. </p> <p>Been paying extra on my contract since Nov 15 and till date of this review only had my phone in by hand for about a week. </p>
