Terrible customer service
<p>I phoned Samsung Smart Care Centre Century City , it took 13 minutes before they answered their phone, then they put the handset next to the phone so that I could listen to their conversation in the office. No one bothered to talk to me. After another 8 minutes I decided to drop the call. It is pathetic and very bad customer service!!!</p>
