Terrible and unprofessional service

Samsung sales consultants are very quick to offer you discounts on the online store, but once you have placed the order and paid then all the promises and communication goes out the window. I ordered 2 x cell phones from the online store and was given a delivery date which never happened to date. I made several calls to the online sales and were given a tracking number for skynet which did not exist on Skynets website site. They don't update you after the sale is done and got your money. I ordered these phones as Birthday gifts and they were supposed to be delivered on 19-07-2024 and still nothing. For such a big reputable company this is a disgrace and unprofessional, but I guess they are too big to worry about individuals. I will never order something from there online store again as they are unreliable!!
