Terrible and unacceptable service

This is my second review that i am posting. One would have thought that the first one would have made samsung honour up to their promises but up until this day my washing machine hasnt been fixed (since 17/10/14). This is really irritating that such a huge company clearly does not CARE about anyone, they say SAMSUNG CARES but i choose to believe they DONT. I have been passed from desk to desk with the promise or promises of a quick solution to my problem but NO . IM REGRETTING EVER FILLING UP MY HOUSE WITH SAMSUNG APPLIANCES because of the treatment they are giving me. As for the so called management i have got no words to describe them as i have on countless times have spoken to one of them and they dont get back to me, some i have even sent emails to and no one responds to the emails. The other day i had to spend over an hour waiting for assistance over the phone, just a simple phone call one has to hold for an hour to be assisted. Im FED UP wit SAMSUNG really....
