Telkom Samsung A35 promotion, still waiting for delivery
Subject: Complaint: Delayed Delivery of Samsung Promotional Items
Dear Samsung South Africa,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delayed delivery of promotional items promised as part of a deal I took through Telkom. I purchased two Samsung Galaxy A35 5G phones based on the advertised promotion, which included two free Samsung Smart Watches and two Samsung Earbuds.
I followed all the necessary steps to claim the promotion, and my claim was approved by Samsung South Africa. However, it has now been 12 days, and I am still waiting for the promised items.
Had I known this would happen, I could have taken advantage of another deal instead. This delay is unacceptable, and I feel misled by the promotion.
I kindly request urgent feedback on the status of my items and a clear explanation for the delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
