Telkom & Samsung ****!!!
I purchased Telkom contracts on November 25, 2024, after seeing advertised free gifts, including Earpods and watches, with the purchase of two Galaxy phones. However, I was only informed that I needed to claim these gifts directly from Samsung when I collected the phones in-store. Unfortunately, it's now January 12, 2025, and the gifts still haven't arrived. I've been unable to contact Samsung directly to resolve this issue. This experience has been extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, these gifts were intended as Christmas presents for my children, and now they've gone without. What a ****!
