Telephone contact non existing

I have been trying to contact the store by telephone (Tel Nrs *** and 6) for two days. Nr *** does not seem to exist and *** just rings with no one answering. I wanted to find out if they have a battery for S4 available the store in JHB does not have stock. I tried to avoid buying pirate spares but with such service, what do the expect.
