Technicians using mobile for personal use

My S4 was given in for repairs on the 17th of January. The next week I received a quote for a new battery which was unrelated to the problem with the phone. Called every other day and three weeks later it was finally ready for collection. No courtesy call to inform me.

It appeared to be fixed but on further inspection it looks like my phone was given to a stranger for their personal use. I understand the need to test a phone but this was not the case, it had personal pictures, messages, emails and the phone's memory was filled to capacity although I gave it in blank. Further investigation showed that the phone was being used prior to the week before collection so the technician responsible received a free phone for several weeks. I'm not sure if this even is my phone and did not know that phones were allowed to leave the repair centre.

Warranty sticker broken and not replaced so don't know if there is any guarantee. This is disgusting and ********* service and extremely unprofessional by Samsung. The technician responsible should face disciplinary action. I will be sure to let other customers know of my experience with Samsung's \internationally trained and skilled"technicians."""
