Technician still missing
I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter regarding the non-existent service i got from Samsung to send a technician to me for my washing machine. SAME DAY i got a call and very apologetically i was told that the technician would contact me on monday (25/04) for an appointment. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS TECHNICIAN TO PHONE ME!!!! But samsung has the guts to contact me and ask me to rate their service - like what service am i suppose to rate if there aint any?
