Technical repairs poor service

<p>Handed in my S7edge (still under warranty) at Pretoria branch for screen repairs. Two weeks later after no progress I tried to get answers from Pretoria's manager of repairs with no luck! Nobody worked on the phone for two weeks because they were confused. Never ever seen such *********** service and poor customer treatment? Brand new branch at The Grove mall but useless at repairing a cracked screen.</p>
