Tech support are pathetic

Why is it that first of all it takes the technical guys in the air conditioning department forever to return a call. Then when they do contact you and you ask them for specific information, you get sent the entire Manual and basically told to find the information yourself. On the rare occasion that they do supply you with information it ends up being the incorrect information anyway.

I wasted 2 hours waiting for them to get back to me on a job that should have taken no longer than about 30 - 40 minutes.
