Taken for a Ride
Please be careful when purchasing Samsung products that offers the buy& get vouchers. The make you download all the documents on whatsapp then ignore you when its time to send the PIN, I have sent numerous emails and Nobody at Samsung can respond. It is also misleading as I based my purchase on these vouchers and I spent over R40K

I won't make any Samsung purchases going forward due to you guys dishonest tactics in getting customers to purchase your products. Also who ever you are responding to me, is absolutely useless in dealing with queries
