TAB3 Still Faulity After Second Repair

My TAB3 is still under warranty.

The device switches off and does not switch on again and also does not charge the battery. I booked it in for repairs twice before at the Roodepoort repair centre.

The two job numbers are:

SE116867
SE121135

The first time they replaced the main PCB board and the second time the charge board. Within 1 day of the last repair the device had the same symptom again.

I made contact with the repair centre telephonically and they explained to me that I cannot speak to a repair manager telephonically and that I need to book the device in for repairs again.

As a loyal Samsung customer I'm not willing to book in the device for the third time for repairs as it takes a lot time to visit the repair centre and wait in the queue to book in the device and then wait in the queue again to collect the device. Especially when the probability that the device is properly repaired is very small.

I hereby request Samsung to intervene in this case and replace my TAB3 with a new device as I'm convinced it is impossible to repair this device so that is works consistently reliably as an Samsung device is suppose the work.
