Super Sour Sucky Samsung Service

<p>I have had to get my 4 year old Samsung fridge replaced at great cost due to an unfixable gas leak.</p> <p>Samsung is a international brand that has just lost in the region of 20 Billion US Dollars, to due exploding Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones. In the wake of this disaster one would expect Samsung to try extra hard to reclaim their brand integrity. Clearly in my experience in dealing with Azola Tsotso from Depreciations and Service, the Brand has devalued even more, and each time I have the misfortune of trying to contact her she again devalues the Samsung Brand. Azola clearly has zero concept of customer service - she does not deem herself worthy of returning phone calls or responding to emails - even when they are marked as urgent.</p> <p>I spent 4 days trying to contact her both telephonically and via email. I left 8 messages for her to return my calls during this period. Eventually she responed to my mail - 3 days after it was sent. More mails and again zero response.</p> <p>I have never had the mispleasure of dealing with an individual as *********** and disinterested as Azola Tsotso.</p> <p>In my mind and in my experience she has single handedly devalued the Samsung Brand to such a degree that I actually feel like returning my brand new and rather expensive Samsung fridge.</p>
