Sumsung Promotoins on online vouchers

My husband took the Sumsung Flip 4 cell phone for me 4 weeks ago at cell branch in Three Rivers their service was great, with this phone Sumsung is running a promotion and gave us a online voucher wiitch we had to register for and cell C also helped with that , they said the voucher will be send via e mail, and till today we still has not received it!!! I called *** on the 13/10/2022 and was told they are having systems ereors sinse the Promotions started it will be rectified and is busy with batch 2 vouchers to be send ,i got ref nr ***juvw9 still nothing,i called again on the19/10/2022 spoke to Thozsma that is my ref for the call,i wad told that the issue continues and is still not resolved. How do they run a promotion on on line vouchers and not keep to what the clients are told , i am waiting for this voucher because my sumsung flip do not have a cover and os sold oud every where , now i can not even get on with the voucher i tought i was gonna get 4 weeks ago,this bad service from sunsung and i think i am noy the only one waiting for their voucher.
