Sumsung poor product and service
Pathetic response to my issues. Now all of a sudden there is physical damage to my devise. Funny thing that it was never mentioned until a senior member from Samsung phoned me. This proves to me exactly what i was saying that they are looking for excuses for a well below par product Never waste your money on any Samsung product. It will just cost you more money. I regret my decision to use Samsung. I personally will never use any Samsung product
