Sumsung phone factory fault affected my business
I'm so much disappointed with sumsung services. Since August I'm phoneless due to their factory fault phone that went for fixing and never returning, I was told that I'll receive my phone back last week after writing a review here. My business is so affected since I bought that phone for business. Please help me get my phone back or refund me my money I will buy myself a huawei or something else.
