SUMSUNG GALAXY S4 BIGGEST PIECE OF ****

March 2014, very excited I went to upgrade my contract to get the Galaxy S4 which was long awaited, big joke, it ended up being the worst phone ever. I never had a day without issues with this phone, by November I just about had it and took my phone in for repairs (which was hassle on its own mind you) and guess what, since I received my phone back from its repairs, still not a day without issues. The phone is constantly freezing, screen goes black, keypad wont pop up went I want to type and the list goes on and on. I don't know why I took the phone in for repairs in the first place if nothing was even done to it. I am officially waiting patiently for my contract to end so that I can upgrade again and I highly doubt I'll be getting another Samsung.
