Sumsung factory fault phone.

I'm so disappointed with sumsung band phones, on the 11 August I bought a sumsung phone from exact store in brits, in less than 2 weeks the phone just went bank on me without falling or anything, when I took the phone back to the store they told me its factory fault I'll have to wait for 21 days for repairs. Till today I'm still waiting for my phone. This is so bad, I've lost my patience, please help
