Sumsung

I bought my sumsung microwave in cheakers last year which has 2 year warranty before 2 yrs this year it just went off ohk I took it back to 1 of there samsung store in Oakdale Capetown wit all proof of purchase they said the warranty finished Jan this year so I said how is tht possible check the date few minutes the guy went to the back office or wht ivfont know he came back and say leave it we gonna access and sent u an email received am email tht I must pay in2064 rands to fix it likevreally I sent an email tht it's not possible I can't pay more than the money I bought microwave and aswell why must I even pay yet it's under warranty still they told me a long story....never will I buy samsung and I even have everything of mine sumsung I was very dissapointed to a point I need to sale all sumsung gadgets I have very very dissapointed I left the microwave at that center will never go ferch it they can fix and sale it make money sumsung but goodbye to a loyal customer
