Struggle to obtain tax invoice from Mpho and Makekthe

I have been trying to obtain a tax invoice for weeks. I tried with the chat system and been told every time that it will come.

I eventually called the call centre, gave my details to be added and they sent me invoices for the devices I wasn't delivered. Secondly, the invoices didn't reflect vat paid along with it being invoiced for something I don't even have.

I spoke to Mpho, *** via email, which was sent without charging vat and the incorrect details, I spoke to Makgethe as well.

I had to spend hours on the phone daily to address this matter as I have vat payments due. I cannot understand how they cannot get this information correct.
