Stop buying samsung

I bought a samsung twintub washing machine from makro. From day 1 the machine give problems you guys have send out applique appliances vereeniging to repair my machine numerious times and i asked you not to send these people the very first time the repair man had a bad attitude and even bumped my dog as he thought my driveway is kayalami not even stopped just drove off. Not on another accasion after asking not to send these people send someone else they inserted a new spin motor and seal. Poor workmanship and the motor was not done properly now the ear piece that holds the motor in tact broke off. Very bad service from samsung and obviously from day one very bad machine faulty from the start and Makro refuses to refind or swop it out.
