Still Waiting on EarPods & watch 40 days later
I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy A35 - it comes with ear pods and watch. My claim submission was successful on the 14th November 2024. Reference: **********431FRBTV Reference ***
I still don't have my ear pods and watch. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WANT MY ITEMS AS PER AGREED CONTRACT.
I expect this to be resolved as 40 days has passed and no update!!!!

If i dont get a update by COB tomorow, i will be logging a fresh complaint every day until your CEO ask why his social media stats looking so bad.
I will not stop until i have my earpods and watch as contractually agreed
