still waiting for samsung, worst brand ever

i bought a Samsung plasma tv about 3yrs back. About 2 months ago the tv just stopped working. Makes and an attempt to come on but doesnt. I got hold of a Samsung repairer (CRT Technologies). took the tv to get a quote, waited for about a week for quotation. Cost was R1250 to replace the power supply unit. 2 weeks later after numerous calls to them i am told the tv is ready. I get home and get the tv up and running now i have two more problems thats were not present before. i call Samsung and i relate the issues and i am told it will cost a further +-R3000 to repair.this is unacceptable as the tv never had the other problems. i was then told to take the issue up with a samsung call centre. phioned through twice to but still wating for someone from samsung to contact me to resolve the pr0blem<br> my query number ***<br> Add a new Samsung South Africa Report<br> Inappropriate report?
