Still waiting for phone to be booked in

My phone gave issues with the mic. Took it to Weltervreden park a while ago and they 'repaired' it<br> <br> Nothing was fixed at all<br> <br> Then couriered it on 20 April again to be fixed. Called 3 days later and it still hadn't been booked in. <br> They told me to email Rudolf about it and he would reply within 48 hours...<br> <br> It's been more than that and still no reply...<br> <br> Pathetic service!<br> I want this sorted out TODAY
